Problem transoms above an entry can easily be resolved by applying a less intricate duplication of the door and sidelite design to the openings. This addresses situations as the above photo illustrates of openings that are not aligned with sidelite and door openings. In most all cases, the door should be the focal with the sidelites and transom(s) being complimentary.
ENTRY CONFIGURATIONS
Entry door units can be of all sizes and configurations. The door frame style (double doors, sidelites, radius or eliptical transom, etc...) plays a significant role in the overall final appearance and should be carefully considered.
